Cancellations We regret that we are unable to accept cancellations or postponements within 21 days prior to the workshop. For cancellations or postponements (regardless of circumstances) within 21 days, the full fee will always be charged. However, a substitute delegate is always welcome.

Fees:
Workshop fees are as published for each workshop. Fees* are subject to VAT and will be invoiced for in pounds sterling, unless we are requested to invoice in Euros at the time of booking.

The fees include workshop notes, refreshments and a 3 course evening meal with the other delegates (for the 2-day workshops only - attendance at the meal is not compulsory).

Hotel accommodation can be recommended but should be booked direct by the delegate or booking contact.

*Note: All fees MUST be paid in advance of the event.

Dress Code:
Business dress is usually worn during the day, and ‘smart casual’ at the evening meal.

Block Booking Discount:
A block booking discount of 10% is available on bookings of 3 or more delegates from the same company attending the same workshop.

NamNews Discount:
A 10% discount for named NamNews subscribers is available (please indicate subscriber number with delegate name).
