Bankrupt grocery chain Bi-Lo has received yet another extension from the US courts, and now has until 28 February to come up with exclusive plans to reorganize the company. The current period of “co-exclusivity” was to have expired this week, but the chain and its creditors requested an extension to file amendments to their current plans.
Bi-Lo has been operating under Chapter 11 protection for more than 10 months, and has received several extensions of deadlines to submit reorganization plans.
