POLAND: Government To Invite Bids For Ruch

The Polish government has said it plans to invite investors next month to file offers for its 56.9% stake in newsstand operator Ruch. The Treasury Ministry said it will publish the invitation “in the first weeks of March, on the Treasury website and in Rzeczpospolita daily”. Any sale of Ruch woud be conducted by a tender offer.
