Carrefour has revamped its e-commerce offer in Italy, introducing new services and a new look.
The changes are aimed at simplifying the customer experience, and Carrefour claims to have made the shopping process easier and quicker. The service now also allows customers the option of a Drive service (apart from the regular home delivery).
The online shop offers more than 20,000 products, including major brands, fresh sushi prepared in-store, or a customised bowl Grom ice cream (only in Milan and Rome).
Carrefour delivers to 370 postal code areas throughout Italy, offers store pickups at more than 230 outlets in 130 cities and towns in the country, and its Drive service is available at the Hypermarket in Nichelino (TO)
