Graham’s The Family Dairy has announced the launch of its new quark range, with multiple listings across the UK. Quark is a soft cheese which is 100% natural, fat free and high in protein.
Graham’s quark will be available in stores from early June and is smoother in texture than continental style quark. The range offers two flavours – Natural, and Vanilla.
The range has secured UK listings with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Ocado. In addition, Graham’s has secured listings with Asda and Lidl in Scotland; and Aldi across all regions.

Graham’s ambassadors, celebrity chef Nick Nairn and Great British Bake Off semi-finalist Flora Shedden, have created a number of quark recipes which will be available on the Graham’s website www.grahamsfamilydairy.com.
