Kerry Foods is aiming to boost retailers’ sales of butters, spreads and margarines (BSM) with a new line-up of Kerrymaid price-marked offerings.
The Kerrymaid Buttery, Kerrymaid Spreadable, Kerrymaid Sunflower Light and Kerrymaid Olive products will all feature price-marked packaging. The launch comes as research shows that the BSM category is now worth £1.25bn, with the category playing a role in one in five meal occasions.
The line-up, which is available to order through chilled and fresh delivery service Fresh to Store (Kerryfresh), includes – Kerrymaid Buttery 500g (PMP £1.49), Kerrymaid Sunflower Light 500g (PMP £1.49), Kerrymaid Spreadable 500g (PMP £1.69), and Kerrymaid Olive 500g (PMP £1.69).
Free PoS material will also be available to retailers via Fresh to Store van sales reps and at its website to help push sales during the launch period.
