Shoppers Prepare For Recession By Staying Well Away From The High Street After Brexit

Footfall at top UK shopping destinations fell almost 5% in the seven days after the result of the EU referendum, according to research conducted for The Mail on Sunday.

It found that traditional high streets were the worst hit, with shopper numbers plunging by 11% by the middle of last week.
