Supermarkets Likely To Re-Engineer Products Rather Than Raise Prices To Counter Higher Import Costs

With supermarkets facing higher import costs following the drop in the value of sterling in the wake of the Brexit vote, the Bank of England has suggested that some food retailers will start re‑engineering products to maintain existing prices in order to remain competitive.
