Unitas Launches A New Magazine For Members In The Out Of Home Channel

Unitas Wholesale will next month launch a new magazine, website and app for the Out of Home sector.

‘Bar & Kitchen’ replaces the buying group’s existing out-of-home publications – ‘Caterer Connections’ and ‘Take Stock’ – and is designed for its foodservice and on-trade membership and their customers.

A Unitas spokesperson said: “Our members’ foodservice and on-trade customers can expect to find even more information and insight in the Bar & Kitchen magazine, supporting website and app. Full of industry advice and practical business tools, the published magazine and digital elements have been developed to support out-of-home operators to succeed in developing and growing their businesses.”

The new website and app include tools and features that enable users to plan profitable recipes and menus, and refer to allergen and product information.

Issue 1 of Bar & Kitchen includes guidance on how the sector can adapt to the ‘new normal’ and planning advice for seasonal events such as Halloween, Bonfire Night, British Food Week and Christmas.
