Frozen food specialist Iceland has signed a 20-year deal to occupy a major new distribution centre on the outskirts of Liverpool, off Junction 8 of the M62.
Expected to be completed in autumn 2023, the site on the Omega Business Park is being built by Miller Developments and will extend to 505,000 sq. ft.
Iceland’s property and acquisitions director Simon Anderson said: “We are very pleased to have secured this building on what is now the North West’s premier logistics park; we look forward to working with Miller and their team on its delivery.”
