Carlsberg has announced that Ulrica Fearn will become its new Chief Financial Officer.
She replaces Heine Dalsgaard who announced his resignation effective 31 December 2022.
Fearn will join the brewing giant on 1 January 2023 from Norwegian energy company Equinor where she has served as CFO since 2021. Before joining Equinor, the Swedish national was Director of Group Finance at BT. Fearn began her career at Diageo, where she spent almost 20 years in various senior finance and other management roles across Europe, APAC, and the USA.
