Guinness launched its new NITROSURGE system in the UK, an innovation which allows consumers to experience the ritual of its famed two-part pour at home.
The pocket-sized device uses ultrasonic technology to create “perfectly formed nitrogen bubbles delivering a satisfyingly smooth Guinness every time”.
NITROSURGE is activated by clipping the device onto the top of special Guinness NITROSURGE cans, before pushing the button and pouring (see video below).
Following its roll-out across Ireland in September 2021, NITROSURGE has gone on sale in selected Tesco stores in the UK, with an RRP of £25. The cans designed exclusively for use with the device can be purchased in a refill pack, containing 4 x 558 ml cans, priced at £7
