Myprotein Unveils New Range Of Ice Cream

Fast-growing brand Myprotein is launching a new high-protein ice cream range that will be available exclusively in Iceland and The Food Warehouse stores.

The product comes in three flavours – vanilla, chocolate, and salted caramel – with each containing around 10g of protein and 100 calories per third of tub.

A spokesperson for Myprotein said: “It was a matter of time before we expanded our range to include a sweet, nutritional item to the menu in collaboration with Iceland”.

Iceland’s Group Buying Director, Andrew Staniland, added: “Following the success of Myprotein’s exclusive range at Iceland, it was time to introduce a nutritional dessert to the range, aimed at bringing delight to our fitness-loving audience, so they can enjoy a cooling, nutritional ice cream this summer.”

The desserts will be available for £4.00 per 550ml tub from 27 June.

Last month, Iceland and Myprotein began trialling a new frozen ready meal vending machine at a Fitness First gym in Wigan.
