A.F. Blakemore announced that Lawrence Shirazian will join as Managing Director of its newly formed Foodservice Business Unit on 4 December. He will lead a business that unites Blakemore’s Foodservice, Fresh Meat, and Wholesale divisions.
Shirazian has experience across the hospitality, leisure, catering and retail sectors. Most recently, he has consulted for private equity and software companies in the hospitality space.
Prior to that, Shirazian was Managing Director at foodservice firm Aramark UK, leading operations across 700 locations and 8,000 staff. He has also previously worked for Delaware North, Welcome Break, and Zizzi restaurants.
