Fast-growing fragrance-led homecare brand Fabulosa has strengthened its senior management team with two new appointments across marketing and finance.
After twenty years in the marketing and communications sector, Charles Du Pré joins the company as Head of Marketing. Fabulosa noted that he has a proven track record of leading strategic marketing campaigns for several major retailers. He will be responsible for implementing “seamless and unique and omnichannel experiences” to support the next phase of the company’s development.
Meanwhile, Tom Mitten is taking up the new post of Group Finance Director, having accrued experience working in various senior finance roles for other companies across several sectors. Fabulosa stated that he had been brought in to oversee and optimise all financial aspects of the firm’s operations.
In other developments, Adam Burnett has been promoted from Group Marketing Director to Global Brand Director, leading the firm’s overseas expansion.
Other recent hires include the appointment of Harriet Turner as National Account Manager.

With its product portfolio now stretching to over 14 different categories, the Cheshire-based firm closed its last financial year (ending 31 August 2023) with a 17% uplift in turnover to £38.1m.
