Lanes Health, the owner of OTC brands including Olbas Oil, Jakemans and Kalms, has acquired the distribution rights to Go2, a natural essential oil inhaler stick.
All elements of distribution rights will belong to Lanes Health, including sales, marketing and activations. The Go2 manufacturer will still be responsible for the product, packaging and safety. The sticks are due to have a packaging update when they join Lanes Health.
The addition to the Lanes Health portfolio is expected to strengthen Go2’s plans for growth in the UK and internationally.
Lanes Health will be focusing solely on Go2’s core range of grab n’go products: the Energy Stick, Focus Stick, B.Calm Stick and Sleep Stick.
Lanes Health will initially support Go2’s marketing with a social media campaign, followed by further investment as their distribution develops.
Aden Kelly, sales director of Lanes Health, said: “We are delighted to be able to leverage our expertise and established foothold in OTC and herbal remedies to support the growth and acceleration of the Go2 brand through the expansion of the brand’s distribution footprint.
“As a family business, we like to think of all our brands as part of that family. A strong product range and excellent customer relationships has been key to our success so far, and we are keen to keep building on that as we grow even further.”
Marc Shipman, the founder of Go2, added: “Lanes Health is a renowned and respected company within the natural health and wellbeing sector, and we know this partnership is a brilliant move for the future of our company. We are looking forward to seeing where it takes us.”
