  1. Don’t agree to backdate terms
  2. Remove the exclusivity of listings
  3. Lower your advertising spending
  4. Reduce your order confirmation rates
  5. Cancel meetings unrelated to the AVN
  6. Redirect sales to your 3P selling partners
  7. Stop listing any new products with Amazon
  8. Demand meetings with EU Sponsors / Category Leaders

Remember: Your Vendor Manager must come to an agreement with you after all. So don’t just give in to their demands and take countermeasures instead.
