Higgidy has agreed to a deal with British Airways that will see passengers on some routes from Heathrow and Gatwick served a hot Higgidy jumbo roll as the second service snack in their World Traveller and World Traveller Plus cabins.
Beginning in June, passengers will be able to choose between two Higgidy jumbo roll variants: Cheddar & Caramelised Onion Chutney or Vegetable Samosa. Both rolls will be served as a special 95g size made exclusively for the partnership.
A spokesperson for Higgidy commented: “We are thrilled that two of our jumbo rolls will be offered as part of British Airways’ onboard service and that the Higgidy brand will be taking to the skies. We are delighted to serve food of great taste and quality”.
