Marks & Spencer is facing an “unprecedented” class action lawsuit from Scottish law firm Thompsons Solicitors as a result of the cyber attack which affected their operations more than a month ago.
Scottish customers who had their data stolen as part of a cyber attack that caused widespread disruption across the retailer’s operations are being encouraged to join the claim.
