High street bakery chain Greggs has revealed that its ‘Bake at Home’ frozen range will be listed in over 800 Tesco stores and online from September.
The move marks a major expansion of its retail offering, building on its longstanding tie-up with Iceland Foods.
Tesco will initially stock a range of five Greggs products. Iceland carries around 15 of the bakery chain’s frozen lines and will remain an “important partner” for the brand.
Earlier this week, Greggs reported a fall in first-half profits, attributing part of the blame to weather disruptions.
