LEON Grocery has announced that its Korean GFC Nuggets (RRP £4.25 for a 300g bag) will launch exclusively on Ocado from 20th August, with plans to roll out to other retailers later in the year.
Made with 100% chicken thigh and coated in LEON’s signature gluten-free crumb, the new take on a fast-food favourite comes with a spicy Korean-style flavour.
LEON spent over four years developing its gluten-free coating used across its GFC range – a blend of grains that deliver a crunch, but without the gluten. First a hit in LEON restaurants when GFC landed in 2018, the nuggets have built up a cult following.
