John Lewis has hired Dom McBrien as its Chief Digital & Omnichannel Officer, a role that will sit on the department store retailer’s Management Board.
The company noted that the appointment was a “critical part of our digital transformation and omnichannel ambitions”.
McBrien has over 20 years of digital transformation experience, most recently as CEO for Body&Fit and Global President for Direct To Consumer at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. He has also worked across a number of other retailers, including Arcadia, New Look, M&S, and The White Company, as well as Microsoft. He will report to Peter Ruis, Managing Director of John Lewis.
McBrien said: “I am thrilled to be joining John Lewis at such a pivotal time in its transformation journey. McBrien will join John Lewis on 1st October.
