Fast-growing butter brand, All Things Butter, has unveiled its latest flavour, Truffle. Building on last month’s launch of Salted Spreadable, the new flavour is a product of the brand’s mission to expand the category and put premium, British dairy back at the heart of UK kitchens.
All Things Butter Truffle Butter meets the rising consumer appetite for the flavour. Global search activity for ‘truffle’ is up 9% in the past month alone – an increase of over 2.1 million searches. Social media also highlights growing consumer demand, with #trufflebutter generating over 14.5 million TikTok views and over 75,000 Instagram posts.
Since its launch in 2023, All Things Butter has built a reputation for category-first products that challenge the norms of the dairy aisle. All Things Butter Truffle is the latest in the brand’s range of flavoured butters, following on from its category-first Chocolate Butter, launched last October and Cinnamon Bun flavour in May last year, which delivered strong sales within the first 12 weeks.
Now available at Booths, the All Things Butter Truffle is set to launch at Ocado shortly (RRP £2.85).
Toby Hopkinson, co-founder of All Things Butter, said: “At All Things Butter, we’re passionate about reimagining what butter can be and bringing fresh excitement to the dairy aisle. Our new Truffle is the latest in our range of flavoured butters, which have brought some much-needed vibrancy to an unassuming dairy aisle. We want to help people create quick, flavour-packed meals in the kitchen, whether that’s elevating a simple weeknight supper or impressing guests with a chef-level finish at home.
“We’ve blended our signature twice-churned British cream with earthy truffle to create a butter that’s both luxurious and accessible. Whether stirred through pasta, spread over roast veg, or melted onto steak, this is butter made for food lovers – an effortless way to add richness, flavour and a little luxury to any meal. It’s all part of our mission to make butter more versatile, more vibrant, and firmly back at the heart of British kitchens.”
