TJX Europe, the owner of TK Maxx and Homesense, has announced two changes to its senior leadership team.
Louise Greenlees, most recently President of TJX Europe, has been promoted to the position of Group President of TJX Global, with responsibility for TJX Europe, TJX Australia and the Global Buying Offices.
Greenlees has been with TJX since 2010, holding roles such as Managing Director of TK Maxx. Before that, she held leadership roles at Arcadia.
She will be replaced as President of TJX Europe by Michael Munnelly, currently COO at the organisation. Munnelly has been with TJX Europe since 2000, having joined from Tie Rack. He has been COO since 2020.
