Aldi UK has moved into the functional juice drink market with the launch of its new The Juice Company range.
Launching in three flavours (£1.79, 1L) – Fruit & Raspberry, Apple & Elderflower, and Pineapple & Lime – the line-up contains vitamins and ingredients that are claimed to support immunity, reduce tiredness and fatigue, and promote gut health.
The discounter noted that the launch comes as the interest in functional products shows no sign of slowing, with over 1.6 million TikTok users now using the ‘gut health’ hashtag.
