Bayer Consumer Health is entering the menopause category for the first time in the UK with the introduction of the new brand, CanesMeno. It includes a digital education resource and product range to help the estimated 13 million women in the UK who are currently perimenopausal or menopausal.
The free-to-access digital service called CanesMeno Hub provides menopause support to those seeking information and guidance on this life stage. With this service, users can track signs of menopause, allowing them to log changes, identify patterns, and gain their own insights so they can have meaningful conversations with their doctor. The resource also contains articles and tips from specialists so women can better understand and manage their menopause.
Meanwhile, the new science-backed products include CanesMeno Menopause Care Hydration & Comfort Gel (MRRP £13.99), which provides relief from vaginal atrophy symptoms associated with menopause, such as dryness, itching and burning.
There are also two supplements in the range. CanesMeno Menopause Support Multi-Support (MRRP £26.99) is a daily food supplement that helps with the specific nutritional needs of menopausal women and contains 17 vitamins and minerals. The other line is CanesMeno Menopause Support Night (MRRP £16.99), a daily food supplement that contains ashwagandha extract, which supports the maintenance of normal sleep.
The CanesMeno Hub and product range is launching this week.
