Eat Real has introduced five new varieties to its snack range inspired by home cooking.
Shaped by evolving food trends, the new lines are Hummus Chips with Lime, Chilli & Sea Salt, Hummus Chips with Caramelised Onion & Balsamic, Hummus Chips with Italian Cheese and Black Pepper, Chips with Chargrilled Red Pepper & Smoked Paprika, and Lentil Chips with Greek Cheese, Tomato & Herb. Sharing bags have an RRP of £2.25, while 45g grab bags have an RRP of £1.20.
Eat Real noted that new pack designs are inspired by the aesthetic of cookbooks with the aim of bringing real food values directly into its snacks.
Health continues to be a key focus for the brand, with each pack free from artificial ingredients. The Hummus range is HFSS compliant, and both the Hummus and Lentil ranges contain 30% less fat than regular potato chips. In line with the rest of its range, the new flavours are all gluten-free and plant-based.
Sandie Dilger, Chief Marketing Officer at Eat Real, commented: “Eat Real has always been about doing things differently. We believe that snacks should be as exciting as the food we cook at home – big on flavour, inspired by kitchen combinations we love, and never feel like a compromise. 2025 is a big year for Eat Real, and we’re kicking it off with our boldest range yet.
“These new flavours showcase what makes Eat Real special. The things that make our snacks taste delicious – like the alternative bases and bold recipes – are also what make them good.”
Eat Real’s new packs begin rolling out this week in retailers including Tesco and Ocado. The new range will also be available via wholesale, foodservice, and convenience partners.
As part of the rollout, the brand is activating both digitally and in-store, kicking off with the launch of its new website and showcasing the range at this week’s Farm and Deli Show.
