Premier Foods-owned brand FUEL10K is expanding its range of baking mixes, with the launch of two additions – Chocolate Protein Ball Mix (150g, £2.89 RRP) and Blueberry Muffin Mix Baking Kit (200g, £2.89 RRP).
They will bolster the range following the launch of the FUEL10K Chocolate Muffin, and Original Pancake, Waffle & Crepe Mix in January, as the brand looks to help retailers attract more health-conscious shoppers to the baking aisle.
Hitting shelves from 28th April, the duo of baking mixes are non-HFSS, a source of protein and fibre, and contain no artificial colours, preservatives, or flavours.
Designed to make snacking easy for shoppers with busy lifestyles, they are simple to make and require minimal additional ingredients. It is claimed that the new mixes will appeal to younger consumers looking for protein-packed sweet treats.
