To mark the arrival of warmer weather, Higgidy is launching a new 6” sharing Tuscan-Inspired Red Pepper & Marinated Tomato Quiche with Roasted Aubergine (400g) and a new individual Mature Cheddar & Crispy Chilli Oil Little Quiche with Spring Onions (155g).
The new Tuscan-Inspired Red Pepper & Marinated Tomato Quiche with Roasted Aubergine, in seeded shortcrust pastry contains red peppers, marinated tomatoes, roasted aubergine purée and basil in a free-range egg filling, topped with roasted red peppers, Cheddar cheese and pumpkin seeds.
Meanwhile, the new single-serve Mature Cheddar & Crispy Chilli Oil Little Quiche with Spring Onions in seeded spelt shortcrust pastry brings together mature Cheddar, red peppers, spring onions, chilli oil and a free-range egg filling topped with Red Leicester cheese, chilli oil and crispy onions.
Higgidy have also developed their popular Tomato and Feta Quiche. The updated Whipped Greek Feta & Roasted Tomato Quiche with Spinach is a combination of spinach, Greek Feta, ricotta, tomato paste and free-range egg filling, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and crumbled Greek Feta.
The Higgidy Mediterranean Pepper & Tomato Quiche with Smoky Roasted Aubergine Quiche will be available at Tesco from 7th April, Sainsbury’s from 9th April and Waitrose and Ocado from 23rd April (RRP £4.60). The Higgidy Crispy Chilli Oil & Mature Cheddar Little Quiche with Spring Onions will be available at Ocado from 23rd April and at Waitrose, Tesco and Booths from 30th April (RRP £3).
