Hilltop Honey has launched Hilltoppers, a new range of spreadable honey in a variety of flavours, including Sweet & Salty, Cocoa Honey, Chai Spiced, Whipped and Pink (RRP £2.75).
The range launched on Ocado this week and will be available in Asda from mid-April.
Hilltoppers is designed specifically for toast, offering a natural spread option that is free from sugars and additives.
Scott Davies, founder of Hilltop Honey, said: “We’re on a mission to reignite the category, bring in new consumers and show the versatility of honey. Most honey products talk to traditional buyers, but they’re not attracting or recruiting younger shoppers to the category. We did exactly this with Hot Honey, which went down a storm, and now we’re doing the same with Hilltoppers. Hilltoppers, with its interesting flavours and ability to be spread, will be a honey lovers’ perfect partner to their morning toast.”
