Horlicks Brings Back Tablet Format

Marking its 150th year, hot beverage brand Horlicks has announced the return of Horlicks Tablets.

The brand stated that the chewable Tablets have been brought back in response to “unprecedented demand from consumers across the nation”.

Horlicks-TabletsThe sweets maintain the malty flavour and texture of the original Tablets, introducing another way to enjoy a ‘Horlicks moment’.

Michelle Younger, Marketing Director at Aimia Foods, commented: “The return of Horlicks Tablets is a significant launch for the brand, extending once again beyond the core category of hot, milky drinks to bring back a product that has been in overwhelming demand ever since it was discontinued some time ago.

“Providing shoppers with more ways to take a moment with Horlicks, the Tablets are set to be a firm favourite with existing Horlicks fans, as well as drawing in new consumers.”

Horlicks Tablets will be available in tins of 20 this month in B&M stores (RRP £1.75 per tin).
