Itsu Grocery has unveiled its latest innovation, noodles & broth, which aims to offer an “affordable and healthy noodle choice”.
Together with chef Monica Galetti, who oversaw the product development, Itsu Grocery’s new range offers restaurant-quality hand-folded noodles with traditional Japanese miso broth. They are vegan, gluten-free, contain no additives and work with the ethos of “no pans, no fuss”.
The Noodles & Broth range features flavours such as chick-n ramen, katsu curry, satay style, chilli miso, as well as a new product offering in the form of convenient pouches.
Galetti commented: “Every element of the ‘noodles & broth’ product range has been thoughtfully considered – from the finest fruity red and sweet white miso paste sourced from Japan, to noodles that are steamed, not deep-fried, offering a healthier alternative to standard instant noodles.
