Lactalis UK & Ireland is reducing its environmental footprint with new packaging for its Président Crème.
The spray cream’s packaging is now 10g lighter, removing steel/tinplate from the aerosol can body, with no other changes to dimensions, nozzle or cap performance. The aerosol and cap are also fully recyclable and contain 17% recycled material.
Héloïse Le Norcy-Trott, Group Marketing Director for Lactalis UK & Ireland, said: “Packaging is fundamental for preserving the best quality for our dairy products, but we are also aware of the impact that its production and disposal can have on the planet and its resources. We are committed to developing more sustainable packaging for our brands, and take our responsibility seriously, which is why we have introduced these changes to Président Crème”.
Coinciding with the new packaging launch, the dairy company will be supporting Président Crème with an influencer media campaign. The content will demonstrate ‘A Quick Way to Slow Down’ and feature Président spray cream in ‘Slow-mo moments of bliss’ and ‘French coffee breaks’.
