Little Moons has added a new mochi ice cream flavour – Chocolate Fudge – to its frozen snacks range.
The milk chocolate snack is the latest innovation from Little Moons, which is shaking up the snacking category with its frozen and chilled formats. The new vegan-friendly product has launched in Tesco this week, with roll-out to other retailers from October (RRP: £5.00)
Inspired by core snacking flavours found in ambient snacks, Chocolate Fudge has been reimagined to create widespread appeal. The brand stated that Chocolate Fudge balances well-rounded textures, with a velvety milk chocolate ice cream that features non-dairy chocolate fudge pieces – all wrapped in the brand’s signature mochi dough.
Little Moons highlighted that the new portion-controlled snack will give consumers their chocolate fix without the guilt, at just 70 calories per serving.
The latest flavour follows the launch of Brown Butter Caramel, which debuted earlier this year, alongside Little Moons’ new logo and packaging design.
Ross Farquhar, Director of Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability, commented: “We all love chocolate, but as we become more conscious about how much we indulge we’re looking for ways to enjoy it more mindfully. That’s exactly what new Little Moons Chocolate Fudge offers – a creamy, milk chocolate hit in a bite-sized, portion-controlled snack. Perfect for cosy nights in, and with the added bonus that they’re vegan-friendly and gluten-free too!”
