McGuigan Wines Unveils ‘Accessible’ Premium Wine Range

Winemaker Australian Vintage has announced the launch of McGuigan Gold Label, described as a “new standard of accessible luxury in the growing premium wine category”.

McGuigan-Gold-Label-wineThe new wine collection aims to cater to consumers seeking a trade-up experience for the at-home occasion. The brand pointed to recent research from Wine Intelligence, which revealed that share of spend of premium wines (within the £8- £10) is growing particularly amongst 35–55-year-olds.

McGuigan Gold Label will launch in September with two varietals, Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc. They will initially be available from Sainsbury’s with an RRP of £10.00.
