Carlsberg Britvic has added a new 1.5L pack format to the Mountain Dew range in its Citrus Blast flavour with the aim of boosting take-home sales.
Rolling out from 18 August in both plain and PMP packs, the new 1.5L Mountain Dew joins the existing 500ml bottle and 330ml can formats. It will be available in the grocery, convenience, and wholesale channels at a recommended retail price of £2.29 on a price-marked pack and £2.49 plain pack.
Carlsberg Britvic said: “Retailers can unlock more opportunities by stocking the larger format that lends itself to sharing occasions while also giving customers a great value option. The launch is set to extend the brand’s appeal beyond on-the-go and broaden its repertoire to include at-home enjoyment.”
