Plant-based confectionery brand Butterm!lk is adding a new ‘choccy’ bar to its range, which will roll out into major supermarkets and online from mid-April.
The Choccy Caramel Bar is made with only natural ingredients and is vegan and dairy free.
Butterm!lk founder, Tracy McDonnell-Goad, commented: “We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious choccy treats, whatever their dietary preference or allergens, without having to compromise on taste or quality. Our consumers tell us, they want tasty choccy treats that just so happen to be dairy-free, gluten-free, plant-based and made with no nasties.
“Swapping your treats for plant-powered choccies is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and our zero-waste packaging is also helping to look after the planet. And of course, they taste amazing.”
Butterm!lk Choccy Caramel Bars will be listed in retailers, including Sainsbury’s and Morrisons. It will also be available to independent retailers and directly from the Butterm!lk website (RSP £1.50 for 40g).
