Snack brand PROPER and streaming giant Netflix have partnered to create a new limited-edition popcorn flavour: Netflix and Chilli Caramel. The collab aims to “help people connect to others and rediscover the fun of night in rituals”.
To mark the launch, the two brands are running an on-pack competition to win a home cinema bundle (worth £5,000), which includes a 12-month Netflix subscription. There are also other prizes, including night-in bundles featuring a 6-month Netflix subscription and a “corn-ection” starter pack with popcorn, socks, a candle, and a phone sleeping bag – everything needed for a night in. The on-pack competition will run across all of PROPER’s popcorn and lentil chips sharing and microwave packs.
The non-HFSS Netflix and Chilli Caramel flavour will be available in sharing bags from major retailers, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Morrisons, starting 11th September, with an RRP of £1.90 per 90g bag.
