Hershey’s Reese’s brand has expanded its UK portfolio by launching a new ‘Fast Break’ bar in the convenience sector. The bar is a combination of chewy nougat and peanut butter, wrapped in a milk chocolate-flavour coating (RRP £1.15 – 51g).
The brand stated that the on-the-go snack bar gives convenience retailers additional variety and an opportunity to grow sales of the highest-value chocolate segment within the Symbols & Independents (S&I) sector.
The Reese’s brand is currently one of the fastest-growing brands in S&I retailers, with sales increasing 25% in the last year and its confectionery singles growing ahead of the category.
