Science in Sport [SiS] has launched a new Energy Oat Bar, which is formulated to provide a source of carbohydrates, protein and fibre to “fuel an active lifestyle”.
Made with natural ingredients and available in a choice of white chocolate & macadamia or vegan-friendly blueberry flavour, the Energy Oat Bar will be stocked in Sainsbury’s, Holland & Barrett, and selected PureGym locations. It provides 40 grams of carbohydrates as an energy source for exercise and 10 grams of protein to support muscle recovery.
