Low calorie brand Skinny Bars has turned its snack bars into a range of handheld ice cream sticks.
Two variants – Strawberry & White Chocolate and Salted Caramel (RSP: £3.50/6x31g) – have launched in Iceland and the Food Warehouse stores.
Owned by Halo Foods, Skinny Bars first launched their bars in 2018 and expanded their range to include a variety of bars, bites, breakfast cereals and hot chocolate.
Gemma Byrne, Marketing Manager at Halo Foods, said: “Skinny Bars already has an army of devoted fans who love Skinny products. Fans have taken to social media to express their excitement at the new Skinny Dreams ice creams, and we see a tremendous opportunity to expand growth of snacking and hand-held ice cream. With a RRP of £3.50 for six ice creams the new Skinny Dream ice creams offer consumers a little lift whilst also being great value and low in calories.”
The Skinny Dreams range of ice creams has been created in partnership with Icefresh Foods, who specialise in developing ice cream, desserts and bakery products for the UK.
