SRSLY Introduces Low Carb Pasta

Low carb brand SRSLY will be adding to its range of everyday essentials on the 24th March with the launch of a dry pasta.

SRSLY-Low-Carb-Fusilli-pastaIts ingredients include pea protein, bamboo fibre and psyllium husk powder, which are high in protein (12.5g per serving) and fibre (19g per serving) yet with 75% less carbs than traditional pasta. The product is also gluten-free and vegan-friendly as it doesn’t contain eggs.

SRSLY founder Andrew Welch noted that wholemeal and gluten-free alternatives have already taken significant strides when it comes to challenging existing pasta norms, adding: “You can appreciate that the Low Carb movement is crying out for a firm, non-pulpy pasta that avoids all the usual gritty and grainy pitfalls.”

A 240g bag of SRSLY Low Carb Fusilli pasta will cost £4.49.
