The Compleat Food Group Moves Into New Category With Vadasz

The Compleat Food Group is expanding into the branded dips category for the first time with a trio of live-cultured, naturally fermented dips from Vadasz.

The first-to-market range from the leading chilled pickles and kimchi brand includes Kimchi Houmous, Super Beet Kimchi Dip, and Garlic & Dill Pickle Dip, and has been developed to meet growing demand for healthier snacking options. The three products have initially been launched with Sainsbury’s and Ocado (200g each, RRP £3.50)

Vadasz Kimchi HoumousEach product is plant-based, made with natural ingredients, and contains naturally fermented or live-cultured and cold-brined vegetables as its base, aligning with the demand for functional foods and clean-label innovation.

Yvonne Adam, Chief Marketing Officer at The Compleat Food Group, home of Vadasz, said: “Dips remain a high-volume, high-frequency category, but many products are still dominated by added sugar, preservatives and artificial ingredients.
