Walkers Introduces Limited-Edition Halloween Packs

Walkers has launched limited-edition Halloween-themed packaging across select packs of its snack ranges, including Wotsits Crunchy, Wotsits Giants and Monster Munch.

Monster-HalloweenThe brand noted that Halloween is a popular time for adults to enjoy social occasions like parties and movie nights. Last year extruded snacks saw a sales uplift of 7% during the period vs the 2023 average.

Walkers stated that the themed packaging will help retailers make the most of the sales opportunity the season creates and help to get shoppers in the Halloween spirit. The offerings will also be available in a variety of formats so that retailers can cater to a range of shopper missions, from sharing bags to options for those looking for price-marked packs.

To support the new limited-edition packaging design, Walkers has also brought its ‘Scarily Giant’ campaign back for a second year. The campaign will feature an ad which will be seen across digital, showing adults fearing giant snacks, alongside wider PR activity.

The Walkers Snacks Halloween range is available across the grocery, impulse and wholesale channels until 1st November.
