White Rabbit Launches First-Of-Its-Kind Gluten Free Biscotti And New Gnocchi SKU

White Rabbit is taking on the premium biscuit aisle with a category-first gluten free Biscotti offer, whilst adding a new Plain Gnocchi to its chilled, fresh pasta range.

White-RabbitBoth have launched in Sainsbury’s and Ocado this month as part of White Rabbit’s mission to bring “uncompromising taste to the gluten free market”.

The new White Rabbit Biscotti (RRP 2.95 – 150g) is the brand’s first venture into sweet snacking, and the only gluten free offer made using a traditional Italian method and recipe.

Meanwhile, the new White Rabbit Plain Gnocchi (RRP £2.50 – 350g) joins the brand’s leading gluten-free chilled fresh pasta line-up, which includes a plant-based, gluten free Aubergine Parmigiana Ravioli and a dairy-based Filled Three Cheese Gnocchi. The new Plain Gnocchi, an authentic recipe made in Italy, has been developed for more versatile usage in both dairy and plant-based dishes, whilst cooking in under 3 minutes.

The launches come weeks after White Rabbit unveiled a brand refresh, new recipes and upgrade of its gluten free range of pizza and Italian breads.
