White Rabbit Secures National Listings For Girasoli Pasta Range

Gluten-free Italian food brand White Rabbit has launched a new fresh Girasoli pasta range: Aubergine Parmigiana, Butternut Squash & Provola, and Prosciutto Ham & Mozzarella.

Made in Italy, the new range began rolling out this month. Sainsbury’s and Ocado have listed the Aubergine Parmigiana and the Butternut Squash & Provola SKUS, followed by Mozzarella & Prosciutto launching in Sainsbury’s from 8th November. Wholefoods has also listed the Aubergine Parmigiana (RRP £3.75 / 250g pack).

The brand noted that the revised recipes have been created to bring more foodie flavours to the gluten-free market and emulate the main fixture experience, with the Butternut Squash & Provola and Prosciutto & Mozzarella SKUS representing recipe firsts for the category.
