Nisa has promoted Michelle Scott-Jones to become its new Head of Central Operations.
Scott-Jones joined Nisa in 1994 and has held various roles, including Administration Manager, Support & Planning Manager, and most recently Business Manager in Trading Support.
The group noted that she had led the data integration between Nisa and Co-op post-acquisition for its whole Trading floor, and became the key Trading systems representative for Brexit and HFSS.
In the new Head of Central Operations role, Scott-Jones will report to Nisa’s new Head of Partner Services, Kim Clarkson. The role provides centralised support for Nisa and its retailers, working with a wide range of teams to deliver “best-in-class customer service”.
Clarkson commented: “Michelle is heading into her 30th year with Nisa and has made a significant contribution to the business throughout that time. The role is a difficult one, but I’m confident that Michelle will thrive under the responsibility and continue to deliver the best-in-class customer service for our Nisa customers.”
Scott-Jones added: “I’m in no doubt that the role of Head of Central Operations comes with a lot of additional responsibilities, but it’s an opportunity I’m really looking forward to.”
