Snappy Group Launches Order Aggregation Tool For Convenience Retailers

Technology firm Snappy Group has launched a “game-changing” order aggregation tool designed to help convenience retailers simplify online order management while expanding their reach across multiple grocery delivery platforms.

Snappy-Shopper aggregation delivery toolThe new platform consolidates orders from Snappy Shopper, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Food Hub, Uber Eats and Snappy Shopper’s white-label solutions into one unified interface, streamlining operations and saving staff time.

Andy Batt, Head of Partnerships at Snappy Shopper, said: “Order aggregation means that you can be wherever your customer is online. Currently, up to six channels are available.

“All those orders flow into one device, managed by one menu, picked with one app, delivered by the same driver process, backed up through one staff training process. You benefit from all the demand but without the complexity.”

The device also offers a single menu to update all platforms; channel-specific pricing options; integrated reporting; EPOS and ESL integration; and unified last-mile integrations, such as self-delivery and channel delivery solutions.

The company noted that by combining all orders, menu updates, pricing controls, and reporting in one platform, retailers can reduce staff workload, improve order accuracy and save time on manual updates, helping them grow their online business.

The system has been trialled in both independent and group retailers. Roll-out is now underway for group stores and will be available to independent stores in the coming months, giving retailers “the tools to compete with larger chains and meet rising consumer demand efficiently”.

Snappy Group’s CEO Mike Callachan concluded: “This aggregation tool sets a new standard for how independent retailers can operate in the digital delivery market.”
