Soft Toy Giant Jellycat Accuses Aldi Of Ripping Off Its Popular £27 Design With A £4 Alternative

Soft toy firm Jellycat has accused Aldi of copying one of its most popular designs.

In court documents, Jellycat said Aldi had a “propensity to infringe registered designs”, following other rows, including M&S objecting to their lookalike Colin the Caterpillar cake and fruity liqueurs.
