The deal will see THG Ingenuity leverage Criteo’s full Commerce Media Platform services as it expands into commerce media, unlocking opportunities for its retail and brand partners in the UK market. The combined solutions are expected to help THG Ingenuity’s retailers and brands boost commerce media opportunities, monetise first-party data, and accelerate performance media.

Richard Ward, CEO of THG Ingenuity, said: “Retail media spend is expected to increase 42% in 20251, driven by a variety of factors such as advancements in AI and evolving ad formats, marking a significant opportunity for our clients.
